A consultation appointment with C&C Designs can help you reduce your stress and worries by getting started on the right track. 

Our appointments are made at your convenience and offer you an in-depth consultation that lasts up to 2 hours.  We will provide you with the place to begin your wedding planning. 

During our consultation, we will:

  • Help you determine your budget and how to stay within it
  • Refer you to reliable vendors and event venues
  • Assist you in selecting save the date cards, invitations, place cards, programs and menu cards from our invitation suppliers and provide you with our special discount
  • Create a detailed planning timeline that you can use as you complete each stage of your planning

When you need additional help during your planning process, follow-up consultations can be arranged at an hourly rate by appointment.

Full Service Planning

C&C Designs will provide you with assistance and guidance throughout your entire planning process and ensure that your wedding is a memorable affair for you and your guests. 

You will receive the following:

  • Initial wedding planning consultation
  • A Planning Binder
  • Wedding Design
  • Referrals of vendors and evaluation of all vendor contracts
  • Set and/or attend appointments with you and vendors
  • Unlimited telephone and email consultations
  • Advice on wedding etiquette
  • Create a planning time-line and monthly “to-do” list
  • Provide constant communication with all of your vendors and updates throughout the process
  • Assist with the floor plan, layout, and decorating decisions for the ceremony and reception sites
  • Review and assist with the reception menu and bar choices
  • Assist in securing hotel accommodations and transportation for out-of-town wedding guests

    Assist in the selection of:


    • Save the Date and Thank You cards
    • Invitations, Favor and Accessories
    • Ceremony Programs and Menu Cards and provide you with special discounts from our vendors
    • Planning and organizing the Rehearsal and Rehearsal dinner
      Preparation of a Wedding Day Timeline
    • Oversee the details for the entire day of your wedding (getting ready, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception)
    • Work side by side with the vendors to ensure your wedding day runs smoothly
    • Attend to any and all needs of the bride and groom, their families and bridal party
    • Distribute payments to all vendors
    • Wedding Emergency Kit



Wedding Day Coordination

We provide this “peace of mind” service for the bride you has completed all of her plans and wants to be sure that her wedding day runs smoothly.  It gives you, your family and friends the freedom to enjoy every moment of your special day. 

This service provides you:

  • A consultation to discuss the details and plans you have made
  • This meeting (approximately 2-3 hours) must take place four (4) weeks before your wedding.
  • Serve as the main contact between you and your vendors.
  • Contact each vendor to discuss final balances, services and times.               
  • Visit the ceremony and reception site to review details
  • Composition of a Wedding Day Timeline
  • Attendance at and coordination of wedding rehearsal
  • Attendance at Ceremony and Reception and assist the bride, groom and their families and bridal party with any issues
  • Wedding Emergency Kit

We also offer Partial Wedding Planning based on the amount of assistance needed.
